Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in AirFX Flight Club. The Program Schedule attached as Appendix A forms part of these Terms and contains the current earning, redemption, and reward rules. Please read both documents before enrolling.

1. Program Overview

By enrolling in AirFX Flight Club (the “Program”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). The Program is operated by FX Unlimited, Inc., doing business as AirFX Trampoline Park (“AirFX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
The Program allows eligible guests to earn points, repeat-purchase rewards, promotional rewards, and other benefits from qualifying activities. Appendix A, the Program Schedule, states the rules currently in effect and forms part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

• Enrollment is open to individuals age 13 or older.
• A participant under age 18 represents that they have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
• AirFX does not knowingly enroll children under age 13. If AirFX learns that a child under 13 enrolled without appropriate consent, AirFX may close the account and delete associated personal information as required by applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, valid contact information and maintain an online account to participate and receive Program benefits.
• Participation is limited to one loyalty account per person. AirFX may merge or close duplicate accounts.
• Enrollment in the Program creates or links an AirFX online account. Creating an online account may also enroll you in the Program when disclosed during the account-creation process.

3. Earning Points and Rewards

You may earn points and rewards by completing qualifying activities listed in the Program Schedule. The Program Schedule identifies earning rates, qualifying activities, exclusions, thresholds, reward values, and expiration periods.

Earning is based on eligible purchases recorded in the AirFX and ROLLER systems. Discounts, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, adjustments, or corrected transactions may reduce or reverse points, milestone progress, or rewards. AirFX may correct account balances when reasonably necessary to reflect qualifying activity accurately.

Points, milestone progress, and rewards are personal to the guest and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, combined between accounts, or exchanged for cash except where applicable law requires otherwise.

4. Redeeming Points and Rewards

Unlocked points and rewards may be redeemed at the AirFX venue or through eligible online checkout flows, subject to the Program Schedule and the capabilities of the applicable checkout. For online redemption, you must sign in using the email address associated with your loyalty account.

Eligible points and rewards may be applied automatically during online checkout. You may review, adjust, or remove an available redemption before completing the transaction. Staff may apply unlocked rewards during an eligible in-venue transaction.

Points and rewards have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and do not create property rights. AirFX may impose reasonable per-transaction redemption limits or other conditions disclosed in the Program Schedule or applicable promotional terms.

5. Expiration

Points expire 12 months after they are earned. Repeat-purchase rewards and promotional rewards expire as stated in the Program Schedule or the terms issued with the reward. Expired points, progress, and rewards are forfeited and will not be reinstated except at AirFX’s discretion or where applicable law requires otherwise.

AirFX and ROLLER may display expiration dates in your online account and may send reminders when practicable. You remain responsible for reviewing your account and redeeming points and rewards before expiration.

6. Promotional Offers

AirFX may offer limited-time promotions that supplement or temporarily modify Program earning or reward opportunities. Each promotion may have separate terms stating its dates, eligibility, affected rewards, exclusions, and treatment of incomplete progress.

Points and rewards earned during a promotion will be honored under the terms applicable when earned, subject to expiration and these Terms. A promotion does not create an ongoing entitlement after it ends.

7. Program Changes

AirFX may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, these Terms, or the Program Schedule. This includes changes to earning rules, eligible purchases, reward types, redemption values, thresholds, and expiration periods.

When a change materially reduces Program value, AirFX will aim to provide at least 30 days’ advance written notice by email or account notification, unless circumstances outside AirFX’s reasonable control require a shorter period or applicable law requires otherwise. AirFX will provide a reasonable opportunity to redeem previously earned points or rewards before the change takes effect when practicable and legally required.

Changes that add or improve benefits may take effect without advance notice. AirFX will update the Program Schedule when appropriate. Continued participation after an effective change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms or Program Schedule. If you do not agree, you may close your account as described below.

8. Account Closure and Program Discontinuation

You may request account closure at any time using the contact information in Section 14. Redeem available points and rewards before requesting closure; unredeemed balances will be forfeited upon closure unless applicable law requires otherwise.

AirFX may suspend or close an account when it reasonably believes a guest violated these Terms, committed fraud, manipulated transactions, abused the Program, or created duplicate accounts. AirFX will provide notice and a reason when practicable.

If AirFX discontinues the Program, it will provide reasonable advance notice and a reasonable opportunity to redeem outstanding points and rewards before the Program ends, subject to applicable law and circumstances outside AirFX’s reasonable control.

9. Account Responsibilities and Errors

• Keep your account information accurate and your credentials secure.
• Review your points balance, milestone progress, rewards, and expiration dates regularly.
• Notify AirFX of a suspected account error within 90 days after the activity or omission first appears in your account.

AirFX may request receipts, booking details, identification, or other reasonable information needed to investigate an account issue. AirFX’s records control unless you provide evidence of an error.

10. Communications

By joining the Program, you agree to receive transactional and service communications that ROLLER or AirFX sends regarding your loyalty account, including enrollment confirmations, milestone updates, earned-reward notices, expiration reminders, security notices, and Program changes. These communications are necessary to administer the Program and may continue after you unsubscribe from marketing messages.

AirFX may also send promotional communications about the Program or venue when permitted. You may unsubscribe from AirFX promotional email using the unsubscribe link in the message. Unsubscribing stops promotional email sent through the AirFX marketing mailing list but does not stop automated transactional loyalty communications that ROLLER continues to send for Program administration.

11. Privacy

AirFX collects and uses personal information to administer the Program, link qualifying purchases, calculate points and rewards, provide account communications, prevent misuse, and improve services. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the AirFX Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AirFX is not responsible for loss resulting from expired or forfeited points or rewards, unauthorized account access not caused by AirFX, service interruptions, unavailable products, or errors outside AirFX’s reasonable control. AirFX does not exclude or limit any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits rights available under applicable consumer-protection, privacy, or other laws that cannot be waived by agreement.
