Kids had a blast. Played on everything... we have a 3, 5 and 8 year old and they all had. Blast. One did climbing adventure. Kids area. Had food from food court. Chicken strips where good.

Kids had fun

We had a great first family experience here today—The young man who worked the counter was friendly, kind and helpful. The jump space was very clean and well maintained. We’ll be back!

This is a great place for families. We took our 2 yo son and 2&4 yo nieces for Mother’s Day and it was a blast! Clean, appropriate music, and the staff always goes above and beyond. This is the place you want your kids spending their time!!

We did the Junior Jump amd I think thos might be a regular activity! It wasnt over crowded and it wasnt too pricey.

If you have children its a must go. It is a dream place for children to have tons of fun plus it is big and well thought out.

We had a great experience at AirFX. We did the junior jumper package and it was fantastic. We had everything we needed in the package, I loved that parents were included in this package to jump with the littles. The pizza was great. All the kids had a blast. All tableware and tablecloths were provided. We just brought the cupcakes and the kids really enjoyed their 2 hour jump time! Very clean and well maintained and staffed.

Really fin and affordable

Our family hosted a birthday party here for our daughter. After we booked a few days later an ad appeared for $50 off birthday parties. We contacted them and they applied the discount which was very appreciated. Upon arrival we met with Weston who was very pleasant and informative. He outlined the party plans and everything came together as planned. He kept our pitcher drinks full and was attentive but not over bearing. He even offered us a lighter and candles which was wonderful! Overall the kids had a wonderful party and it couldn’t have ran any smoother.

I've only done the climbing area. The lines were short, the equipment was good, the building was clean, the staff were professional and friendly (although young high school age). It was a little disorienting at first, nobody told us what to do just sort of released us on our own. I had to ask what the protocol for clipping in and out was. The red flag was no helmets required or provided. All climbs were auto belay which was great, but during the first half hour I was there I saw two kids hurt with minor head injuries from repelling without kicking off the walls (not serious injuries but some tears). In retrospect I never saw helmets in any of the online photos and didn't even think of it until we were on the walls. I plan to return but bring a climbing helmet for my child once they are able to climb much higher than arms reach (hopefully soon). The price was good, $10 for a half hour, I'll be coming back. My kid can't stop talking about how much fun it was. --- Update for reply--- Thanks I looked up the recommendations and you are right. Helmets not recommended because they create a strangulation hazard if snagged in descent (bigger risk than head injury). I guess I am used to gyms with human belayers that could adjust to the situation where an auto belay could not. That makes a lot of sense. I apologize if that was covered in your safety video, I wasn't offered the video on my visit. I'll make sure to ask to watch it next visit.

We love AirFX! Especially Junior Jumpers! So much safer for the littles than during normal hours with bigger littles!
