Flight Club FAQ
How do I join Flight Club?
Use the Join Flight Club button on this page. Enrollment creates or connects your AirFX online account so you can view Points, rewards, and milestone progress.
How do I earn Points?
Flyers earn 4 Points per $1 on eligible purchases. Gift cards, cashless cards, memberships, and group events do not earn Points.
What happens when I reach $50 in eligible spend?
You will have earned 200 Points through ordinary earning, then receive a 200-Point milestone bonus—for 400 Points total. Your progress toward the next $50 milestone then begins again.
Where can I see and use my rewards?
Sign in to your online AirFX account to see balances, available rewards, and progress. Available Points and eligible rewards can be redeemed in venue or through supported online checkout flows.
Do Points expire?
Yes. Points expire 12 months after they are earned. Reward expiration dates may vary and will appear with the reward.
What happens to my Junior Jumpers punch card?
Flight Club replaces the paper punch-card program. Bring your existing card to AirFX so staff can verify it and help transfer recorded punches to your online account.
